1. How soon I will have my photos?

The photographs go through a process of retouching and editing. For this reason, your photos are sent to you 7 days after taking them. We appreciate your patience.

2. How do you deliver my photos?

We send them digitally through a download link.

3. Can you take the photos in my resort or accommodation?

Ressorts and hotels are private property, generally the photo sessions we carry on in a public beach, playa forum and playa delfines are the most popular. However, if that is your wish, you can pay us for a room so that we can enter the hotel where you are staying.

4. What time is the best time to do my photo session?

At sunrise 06:00 or 7:00am is the highly recommended, the rock sculpture is available and you will enjoy a sunrise moment. If for you getting up early is not your thing, we understand, the session is done in the afternoon at 17:00pm but we will change the scenery. Rock is not available in afternoon.

5. Can you pick me up at my hotel?

Yes, this service has an additional charge.

6. Do you have a make-up service?

Yes, this service has an additional charge. We can do her makeup on the beach or in the makeup studio located in downtown area.

7. What happens if it rains?

If it rains lightly, the session is held, if it rains very hard, the session is scheduled for the next day.

8. Do they photoshop me, you use filters?

No, we don’t use photoshop. We do not make aesthetic or body modifications, thank you for your understanding.

9. Do you deliver printed photos?

No. But we give you a copy rigth release and you can print your photos at home. The photographs are delivered in high resolution

10.Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel your reservation and we can give you a refund. If you do not show up for the appointment, the refund will not be applied.
